Each year Bekonscot’s surplus income is distributed among a number of local and national charitable organisations. This is a continuation of the tradition established by our founder, Roland Callingham, whose vision for the village was to provide a quintessentially English visitor experience which supports local good causes.

In 2018 Bekonscot donated a total of £175,000 which was distributed between:

  • Church Army
Previously part owners of Bekonscot and providers of volunteers in the early days. Church Army work to alleviate poverty and homelessness, including a project in Marylebone to help homeless women
