In order to maintain social distancing around the site, all visitors, including season ticket holders, need to book an arrival time slot in advance. Please aim to arrive within your chosen arrival time slot and we request that you complete your visit within three hours to allow space for other visitors.
Please do not enter the village if you or any of your group have any COVID-19 symptoms or have been asked to self-isolate and please respect social distancing at all times.
There are hand sanitiser stations at various points around the site and the toilets and hand-washing facilities are fully open.
We now only accept card payments at this time. Please contact us in advance of your visit if you need alternative payment arrangements.
