Bekonscot Model Village and Railway is operated by the The Roland Callingham Foundation, a charity that exists to ensure that the village continues to prosper and to maintain the legacy of its founder, the late Roland Callingham.
Each year surplus funds are distributed by the Foundation to a number of mainly local charities. To date, a total of over £5.5 million has been donated to church and community groups, health and educational charities to support their work in the local area.
