The weather could have been kinder to us, but that didn’t dampen the enjoyment for visitors to Bekonscot on Thursday 26th September for our first ever event as part of the Chilterns Heritage Festival.
We welcomed 50 visitors to our special after hours event which included the opportunity to see behind the scenes in the model makers workshop, a talk on the history of the village and the opportunity to see the magic of the village lit up at night.
Accompanied by a glass of wine and a delicious buffet, feedback from our guests was excellent so we hope to make this an annual event if the Chiltern Society will invite us to take part again.
