Birthday Parties

Children’s parties are magical at Bekonscot! We enjoy a good party here – and we bet you will too. You can hire our Log Cabin for between 5 and 18 people; either bring your own food or we’ll provide food and party bags too. Booking is essential. Did you know that Queen Elizabeth came here for her birthdays in the 1930s? We didn’t even have a log cabin then…

Prices are £15 per child, with up to 5 adults free per party (see small print at the bottom of the page). Or, for £45 per session, you can simply hire the log cabin and then pay a reduced entry fee.

Party sessions are: 10:30am–1pm or 2pm–4:30pm.

Please call or use the form above to check availability. Then please complete and return this form with a 50% deposit to make a firm booking; bookings are only definite when they have been confirmed by Bekonscot.

Party sessions are 10:30am – 1pm or 2pm – 4:30pm; your party items can be stored in the picnic storage shed before or after this time.

So that it’s fair for everybody (even the people who aren’t lucky enough to have a birthday that day!) we’re unable give priority to your party in the play area.

Rides on the sit-on train are included in this package, though it has limited running times. To see when it runs click here. Rides are 90p per person; but those lucky under 2s go free. Hurrah! So that it’s fair for everyone, priority cannot be given to those holding parties; but our top tip is to go for a ride either at 11am or queue up just before 2pm.

Children under 2 years of age will be charged at £10.00 if they are receiving the full party package - otherwise under two’s admission is free.

5 adults are admitted with any package free, additional adults at the reduced rate of £8.00 each (Normal entry £8.50).

So that we can keep track of people and for peace of mind, parents picking up children are not admitted into the Village; they should wait by the Coach ticket office to collect their children. If a parent would like to go into the Village, they will need to pay the reduced rate of £8.00 and meet the party organiser at the Log Cabin.

The full booking fee will be charged unless 24 hours notice of cancellation is given.
