Many congratualtions to the hard working team at Beckonscot! Important thing to do now is maintain CONSISTENCY. Give me a ring sometime if you'd like to get some ideas/tips on the best ways to manage your feedback so you can understand fully the opinions of your customers and maintain this excellent service.

Little fact to take away with you - 95% of people that would complain and give feedback, never bother...

Very well done though! :)

I have been taking Year 1 classes to Bekonscot for 3 years now. They absolutely love it! It is such a well kept site and ideal for school trips. The attraction fits in perfectly with the topic 'Homes' in history. Many of the children return in the holidays after convincing their parents to go.
